A non-destructive version of a standard test for concrete permeability has been demonstrated. The method is based on water penetration depth estimation from near-field microwave measurements using an open-ended rectangular waveguide. In particular, water penetration is determined from the differential measurement of reflection coefficient in the S-band before and after injection of water under pressure. Experimental results show a good correlation between the standard destructive test and the new method. Microwave measurements simplify the standard test avoiding the need of drilling out a sample from the structure and thus reducing both the cost and time needed in the analysis.  相似文献

In this article, two novel kinds of focusing elements as reflectors are analyzed and compared. One is the grooved Fresnel zone plate reflector with continuous phase‐correcting. The other called subzone paraboloid reflector, has the profile that consists of a series of paraboloids. Their diffraction efficiencies and bandwidths are described. The two elements still preserve the advantages of Fresnel zone plates, namely, low profile, high efficiency, and simple fabrication. Two dual‐reflector antennas using the proposed focusing elements as the main reflectors are simulated and the results show that these antennas have good radiation performances. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of (ZrTi)1-x(Mg1/3Sb2/3)2xO4 (0.04?≤?x?≤?0.36) ceramics were successfully synthesized through the conventional solid-state processing. Appropriate content of CuO was added as sintering aids to promote the density of ceramics. The XRD analysis revealed that the main crystalline phase of ceramics sintered at optimal temperature belonged to α-PbO2-type structure. Raman spectroscopy and far infrared reflectivity (FIR) spectra were employed to study the phonon modes of ceramics, which explained the relationship between microwave dielectric properties and structure. It is interesting that the τf are near-zero (+6.6 ~ ?4.6?ppm/°C) and meanwhile the Q×f are relatively high (29,000–41,800?GHz) for samples with x in a very wide range of 0.10–0.36. In this range, their dielectric constants (εr) can be adjustable from 35.4 to 24.4. The results demonstrated this ceramic system is a potential candidate for microwave dielectric applications requiring an adjustable dielectric constants and near zero τf.  相似文献

目的 以ZnO/SiO2复合粉体为填料,开展新型热控涂层制备方法研究,提高传统白色热控涂层的紫外反射率, 研制出具有太阳全光谱高反射性能的热控涂层。方法 以硫酸锌和硅酸钠为原料,采用常温化学合成与高温热处理相结合的方法制备ZnO/SiO2复合粉体,通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜及紫外可见分光光度计等仪器,对复合粉体的微观结构及光学性能进行表征。然后以ZnO/SiO2复合粉体为填料,以无机硅酸钾为粘结剂,制备了ZnO/SiO2热控涂料,通过不同颜基比和厚度的优化,得到了太阳全光谱(200~ 2600 nm)高反射白色热控涂层的制备方法。结果 研制的ZnO/SiO2复合粉体在紫外波段的反射率均大于88%,与传统ZnO粉体相比具有明显提升。当以无机硅酸钾为粘结剂、颜基比为2:1、喷涂厚度为100~140 μm时,所制备涂层在太阳全光谱呈现高反射特性,此时涂层的太阳吸收比为0.12,红外发射率为0.92。结论 ZnO/SiO2热控涂层具有优异的热控性能,与传统白色热控涂层相比具有更低的吸收比,同时在太阳全光谱具有高反射特性,可以满足新一代大功率卫星长寿命和高效散热的技术需求。  相似文献

Improving the infrared reflectivity of ZrO2 polycrystalline fibers is of great benefit to its thermal applications. In the present research, we cast a highly uniform TiO2 coating with a thickness ranging from dozens to hundreds of nanometers on ZrO2 fibers by utilizing hydrothermal growth. The coating bonds tightly to the ZrO2 fibers via Zr–O–Ti chemical linkages, and the thickness of the coating can be tailored by varying the hydrothermal growth time. The TiO2 coating, acting as a sheath towards electromagnetic radiation, not only reflected light with wavelengths ranging from the visible region to the infrared region and up to 8 μm but also shielded the Raman signals of the ZrO2 fibers. The present research provides an efficient way to cast controllable and uniform coatings on flexible fiber materials. The obtained ZrO2 fibers coated with TiO2 may have applications such as reinforcement for bulk ceramics, thermal barrier coatings, aerogels, etc., thus performing the dual functions of mechanical strengthening and thermal insulation.  相似文献

This study proposes a fiber-optic temperature sensor with a single-mode fiber tip covered with a thermo-sensitive polymer resin. The temperature is sensed by measuring the Fresnel reflection from the optical fiber/polymer interface. Because the thermo-optic coefficients differ between the optical fiber and the polymer, the in situ temperature can be measured even in curing composite materials. In initial experiments, the proposed sensor successfully measured and recovered the temperature information. The measured sensor data were linearly correlated, with an R2 exceeding 0.99. The standard deviation in the long-term measurements of constant temperature was 2.6%. The durability and stability of the sensor head material in long-term operation was validated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. In further experiments, the suggested miniature temperature sensor obtained the internal temperatures of curing composite material over a wide range (30–110 °C).  相似文献

为了给海面溢油污染识别检测提供理论基础,根据菲涅尔反射公式的偏振反射系数,结合偏振双向反射率因子和粗糙海面的概率密度分布函数,建立了完善的pBRDF模型,仿真在不同太阳入射角度、不同探测器观测角度以及不同海面风速风向等条件下海水和油膜的偏振反射分布函数。结果表明:海水和油膜太阳天顶角为53°和56°时P偏振反射率分别为1.0×10^-5和2.5×10^-5,S偏振反射率随着太阳天顶角的增加而增加;海面风速越大偏振反射率峰值越小;海面风向只改变pBRDF的空间位置;海水和油膜线偏振度空间分布有明显差异。搭建实验平台相机以40°拍摄时,得出海水和油膜的线偏振度分别在0.2~0.4, 0.5~0.7之间,同时表明利用偏振探测获取目标场景的偏振度和偏振角图可提高图像质量。  相似文献
